I originally ordered a small, my usual size with LLBean, but had to go to a medium. Was afraid the sleeves would be too long for my short arms, but they are fine. This hoodie is warm (I get cold really easily), and so comfy! The brown color makes it just a little less casual so I can throw it on to go to work some days, too.
In our area this would be a great jacket to wear in the winter for running errands, but, it definitely doesn't work for layering. I tried it over a light fitness fleece 1/4 zip pull over and it just did not work. Felt like the two bunched strange under the sleeves. I agree w/the 5'7" lady on how it seemed short.
