the top strap, which is not adjustable, seems too loose, even though I have a high arch, so it would be a problem for others with lower arches. Also seems a little wide and loose. I think if I were in the store and could try on a more narrow shoe or size down, etc it might be a great shoe--but I'm not, so I will just send them back.
