I am 5'1" tall, and I was concerned when ordering this item that the sleeves would be too long because it didn't come in petites. However, the adjustable straps at the bottom of the sleeves work great. Was able to adjust to fit just fine. Now I am ready for rainy marching band weather. Thanks
I just recieved the Trail Model Rain "Coat" The thing that dissapointed me the most is that its really a "shell" or wind breaker style, not a "coat". This is extreamly light weight and by no means should be considered a "coat". I am sure all the other descriptions are true regarding the "waterproof" material used etc. However if you are looking for a "rain coat" I would suggest something more insulated than this.
I decided to try this little coat after being so satisfied with the 3/4 wool lined coat, and the full length wool lined coat. It is definitely less substantial, but adequate for showers. I like the lighter weight and I got the bright pink color that makes me look exceedingly healthy on an otherwise dark day. Here in Northern California we have a lot of winter rain and hence a need for several choices of rainwear. This one fits well in a mix. I generally wear it over a fleece vest, that keeps me nice and toasty.
the zipper is a bit stiff but you just have to get used to it and what is great is I can just roll it up and put it in my backpack if the rain stops love the fit and the style and most of all the great customer service
