I Purchased the mens version of this raincoat for my husband, and absolutely loves it. I did to and kept stealing his! Finally I broke down and purchased the womens one! I'm glad I got the longer version because it definately covers more for really rainy days, also covers your backside if you sit on something wet! Anyway, I really love it, only downside, its a little more lightweight than I thought it would be, but wore it the other day (mid nov in CT) with a fleece underneath and I was fine!

Living in the rainiest city in America, you'd think I could find a raincoat! Then I found this one in the LL Bean catalogue. I wanted something lightweight, with a hood, and long enough to cover my legs when I walk in the rain. This coat fits the bill in all areas, and it's great looking - I've gotten several compliments on it.
I bought the Trail Model rain coat to take along on a trip. I especially appreciated that it took little room in the suitcase. It rained more than I would have liked it to, but I was prepared. It was easier than carrying an umbrella--and I stayed dryer. It will be very useful here at home, too. The only "minus" is that you have to fit the zipper just right to make it work.

I got the Yellow Trail Model Rain Coat and I couldn't be happier with it. It has inner and outer pockets and an adjustable hood to keep it out of your eyes. Very well made like all the LL Bean merchandise I have ever ordered. Stylish as well, got multiple compliments. Most of all, it kept me dry!! LOVE this coat!
