I got this rain coat on a huge sale, which is a bonus! But, I'd pay full price because it's light-weight, breathable, and the length is perfect! I use this for working and playing outside and it's LL Bean quality for a low price!
I bought this as a gift for my daughter. The coat was sized well, and was one of the few breathable waterproof jackets I could find that was long enough. However, the violet color was not as pictured, but was a muddy, unpleasant light reddish purple. Also, the pockets were very odd: the flaps face the wrong direction, making it very awkward to put one's hands in! I will be returning it.
This coat works well keeping rain away. It is very lightweight and easy to pack. If the weather is cold, you definitely need layering underneath because this coat is not warm.
