I am trying to replace my old stow & go gor-tex which has taken to leaking after many years of faithful service. This is the most unflattering style I have tried. It makes me look pregnant. I AM NOT. The old style has more horizontal pockets and seams which, together with a drawstring, are much more flattering.
I was skeptical when I received this raincoat. It is very lightweight and I thought, "No way is this thing going to be waterproof." I couldn't have been more wrong. This raincoat really works. I've worn this nearly every day since I received it, in showers and downpours and blowing storms, and I have NOT gotten wet. The little brim around the hood keeps the water from dripping in my face. The adjustable hood lets me make sure it fits. The two way zipper is a little tricky, but comes in handy in the car (and I can't wait to try it out when riding my horse in the rain). I am very happy with this raincoat. It's a little overpriced, but it lives up to its claims. Only drawback, for me, is the mesh lining in the pockets. I'm afraid to put anything in there, especially my car keys --- which I NEED to put in my pocket. Best thing -- I'm out in the rain without an umbrella!
Great Rain Coat. Exactly as advertised. Light weight - great coverage. Zips or velcro. I love the way it fits and keeps you dry. This will be a staple in my wardrobe.
