I have a rain coat in which I feel as wet inside as I do outside. I wasn't sure this wouldn't be the same, but am happy to report I am dry as I can be in rainy weather, both inside and out. One quibble, I ordered based on my usual size range, (a 3x) but this rain coat is very generous. I can easily wear heavy sweaters beneath. A 2x would probably have worked.
At last a rain coat that goes down to my knees! I was so tired of short jackets that don't really cover much. This coat works well and I enjoy the cheerful color green I picked.
