This is a great lightweight raincoat. I needed the large which I got in Otter Brown. (I'm a 12/14) and it is roomy without being frumpy. I get compliments on it regularly and I love the super light weight. I can wear it all summer long and in the spring and fall, with a fleece or sweater.
I got this rain coat just in time for all the yucky rainy Boston weather we've been having the past few weeks. I'm very happy with the rain coat - I stay nice and dry and it's very light weight, so its good for those warm and muggy days too. I'm not a huge fan of the double zipper, but otherwise, I like everything else about the coat.
I bought this as an all-purpose rain coat, and I chose black because I thought it seemed more trendy and sophisticated than the other colors. It definitely keeps you dry.
I'm tall with long arms, and I was concerned that the sleeves would run short, but they fit me perfectly, and the coat is a nice length.
I'd planned to buy the stowaway rain coat because it has a nice lining, but I found this to be a good alternative since it's considerably cheaper. I know I won't regret my decision.
This is theee raincoat I have been looking for, for years. It is long, past my knees, which doesn't happen often, I am 5'8". Works great on those rainy days when I need to run to the barn and feed the animals. Fitted through the body so I don't look like I am wearing a trash bag.
