The lining of the pockets are white - so if the coat is unzipped you see these inner pockets of white hanging out. And because I have short arms, I have to shorten the sleeves. But otherwise a very nice coat. Not too long and with a hood. True to size -- not tight in the arms! I'm keeping it.
I've had this coat for about 2 years. It's a great coat. Love that it's got a hood, it's fairly waterproof and very windproof. I've worn it downhill skiing, day to day and fishing. It's hasn't failed me yet. A true workhorse. Not a negative for me but this fleece is not soft and fuzzy.
I have a Wind Challenger jacket that is about 6 years old in a size L. I ordered this hooded one in an XL thinking I could layer with it. I could barely get my arms into it or zip it up. Very disappointed! It's going back!
I've had this jacket for several years and I love it more and more! It has become my main jacket in all seasons. It's great as a multi-purpose jacket when traveling. I love everything about it: the zippered pockets, the elastic sleeves, the fit, the perfect-sized hood. I wear it all year long in Colorado. We don't get a lot of rain, but when we do, this sheds rain. The hood stays on without being tight. It is a slightly stiffer fabric than regular fleece, as other reviewers have noted, but not much, and it softens over time. It still looks great, but I'm ordering a second one in a different color.
