So glad I found this jacket. I have the one with out the hood and I love it but I should have gotten a plus size cause it is to short. Hope I can trade that one in for a bigger one. This one fits great and love the hood too. Keeps the wind out and is nice for cool fall and cool spring nights and rain too, Good to put warm stuff under or over. Love it.
I have an older version of this coat which I love. The new features which have been added or changed since I purchased my old coat are not an improvement. The interior pockets are bulkier, the zipper is not smooth and I don't care for the adjustable elastic bands on the hem of the coat. The old coat is much smoother and slimmer looking. I will be returning the new coat.
This jacket is the perfect weight for our New England "Spring" weather. It"s warm, windproof, stylish and cozy with just a ligtweight wool or fleece shirt underneath.
You really need this jacket if you go for walks in the spring. It not only stops the wind from blowing through you, it keeps your body heat in too. Great for yard work!
