While this fleece is a bit stiff, it does a great job of keeping you warm and dry in cold, windy weather. I wore it over a light sweatshirt for a walk in 28 degree weather and was perfectly comfortable. The hood got soaked while i was shoveling in the recent blizzard, and my head wasn't even damp - when i got inside it dried in 20 minutes! The size is bigger than the measurements indicate, and i wish i had ordered a size smaller, but i couldn't wait to use it right away, so i didn't bother returning it. Also, when zipped all the way up, the collar is uncomfortable if you don't have the hood on.

This jacket is great! It is nice and warm and it keeps the wind away from you. I wear it all the time. You can wear this in the spring when it is cooler, fall too. The only gripe I have is it seems to run a little small and short. I originally bought a size medium, exchanged it for a large. The sleeves were a little short, and the torso was a little short. I would love to see the jacket a little longer to cover my rear end! I bought one for my mother in-law for Christmas and she too loves it and hasn't taken it off!
