I normally wear a medium but this jacket did not fit me at all. It was very snug and that was with just a t-shirt underneath. I liked the color and style very much and was disappointed that I had to return it.
I just returned this Wind Challenger jacket because it was too fitted. I am really disappointed that Bean is making fitted clothing lately...this isn't the first item I have returned for that reason. My old Wind Challenger jacket allows plenty of room for thick layers but not so with the new fitted style. My weight hasn't changed over the years so I know it's not me that has become more fitted...Bean has. PLEASE allow more room in your clothes!
I love this jacket. I have had mine for a couple of years and it is great. The fleece is light, yet durable and very wind/waterproof. I love the hood, as well. I definitely recommend this jacket.
