We have been buying shirts from LLBean for a few years. The quality of the shirts we have been recieving has been going down. Almost every type of shirt has frayed at the cuffs and collars with once a week usage after a few months.
We have two of these that quickly frayed in the pressed crease of the sleeves. Other folks have had this same problem. Very annoying and makes me want to buy shirts somewhere else. One of the only reasons we have bought from LLBean is that we have trouble finding tall shirts locally. Will be looking to source them somewhere else.
This is the best quality shirt that I have ever owned. The fit is perfect as it can be ordered by neck and sleeve size. Superior quality and excellent styling. Another LL Bean home run! In addition, you will not find another organization with better customer service and return policies in the world! I've been and LL Bean customer for 13 years.
My husband loves the way this shirt feels and looks! He gets a lot of compliments. The French blue colored shirt has a slight shiny sheen to it. I still iron it and spray starch it (my preference). Big key note....this shirt still looks great on him when he comes home from a long day at work. I really like that I can get it monogrammed for him as well.....it adds the final touch =) Thanks L.L.Bean!!
