I have four of these shirts in white and recently three of them showed a brown stain after washing seperately with like colors, the tan stain would not come out after washing so I returned them to the L.L. Bean store in McLean, Va and they cheerfuly refunded the full price of the shirts. If anyone else has had this problem please advise. I have other colors in this type shirt from L.L. Bean and have never had this problem?
We love shirts from LL Bean and loved the look of this one. But this one has frayed at the cuffs and in at least one of the creases in a sleeve after only a few wearings. There must be some problem with the material. We hope it will be made again with a more sturdy material because we love the look. Sorry to say that we will be returning this one. Highly recommend other LL Bean shirts we've purchased. (Love "no ironing" and good looks!)
A great shirt for working in an office setting or going out to a restaurant. LL Bean's pinpoint oxford is the only non Iron shirt I have purchased that really does not need to be ironed if you hang it up straight out of the dryer. I have purchased no iron shirts from other places that are priced the same or more than this one and they need to be ironed. I am donating the shirts that need to be ironed as they hardly are ever available for wearing!
