I chose this smart,easy care shirt before Christmas that was on sale!It was a navy/red check/stripe and I wondered about the combination of colors!? It is wrinkle resistant!My son loves it.A perfect fit apparently and easy to launder and no shrinkage!I could not have done better for him!L.L.Bean is the best,alright.A smart,dressy or casual easy care shirt,for a man! A great value as well.The color combination was excellent as well!
This is a super shirt. The fabric is hard wearing and always looks great even after many many washings. However, not everyone is overweight. LLBean sizing has been getting bigger and bigger over the past 25 years. But now I feel there is too much fullness in the body. I realize that some men are getting heavier, but instead of accommodating the increasing girth, why not offer a relaxed fit? or plus size fit? The trim fit is made to fit small built people. My sons and husband are fit with no belly fat but have wide shoulders. The LL bean shirts regular size fit but really are too full in the stomach.
Great shirt. Really is wrinkle resistant, unlike competitors. Just wish it wasn't quite so poofy around the midsection. Waiting to see how the Trim Fit differs.
