I have bought Bean shirts for my husband for years. He has some of the regular wrinkle resistant oxford cloth shirts which look great out of the dryer, but he needed something dressier so I got him the pinpoint. When I washed it and took it out of the dryer there was no way he could have worn it without it being ironed. He has older shirts that aren't wrinkle resistant that don't look any worse than this one. Save the $10 difference and buy the regular oxford. I'm returning this one.

Thank you for sharing your comments on this item. We are sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with this shirt, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We have found that filling the dryer to capacity may affect the shirt’s ability to resist wrinkles, so you might try again with a slightly smaller load.
Again, we’re sorry that you’re not happy with this shirt. Everything we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and we want to make it easy when you need to exchange or return an item. Please call anytime, and thanks again for taking the time to send your feedback.

I got this for my father and although he always rejected button-down collars, he is retired now and doesn't have to wear a tie, and is very happy with this. It washes beautifully and is very nice-looking.
