I agree with the other reviews that say the shirt is not holding up. These used to be fine shirts that would last but over the last few years the quality has taken a nose dive. I am trying a couple shirts one more time. I plan to date the shirt and try to keep up with the number of gently cycle's in the washing machine but bottom line is, if they start to tear and fall apart with in the first 6 months, I'll not buy this brand any more. Would you recommend this item to a friend?* Not at this time.
I have bought the pinpoint oxford 100% cotton shirt for years for my husband. He loves the feel of the shirt, it looks crisp right out of the dryer, however, in the past couple years these shirts have begun to fray within months at the front placket, collar, and cuffs. We are disappointed in the durability & wonder if perhaps the wrinkle-free finish has affected the wear. Not inclined to keep buying this shirt at $50 each. Expect more for that price.
I've bought this shirt for my husband for years, but not anymore. It just doesn't wear like it used to. It is still a wonderful, crisp looking shirt, but the fabric is not holding up.
I have owned three of these shirts. First one lasted great but last two have worn out well ahead of their time especially at the collar, and then along the shoulder creases. I like the fit and look when the shirt is new, but expect more durability than this - pretty disappointing.
