"I thought it would be great enough to have the coordinates of the town we live in, but I called to ask about getting the EXACT coordinates of our house on the sign and they were able to fulfill the request!! I got coordinates of our address from Google and read them off to the very helpful and can-do / will-do operator; she even called a product manager to make sure we could dictate the exact coordinates!! It looks great, is a great price and ended up being SO personalized; we love it!!"
