I was worried that the sign might be a little too seaporty for a mountain cabin in the middle of the country, but it looks great. It really gives the old West look to the place.
We really like the sign. We had Cape May on ours as it has and will always be a big part of our life. The sign is very realistic looking and adds a nice nautical touch to our home on the lake. Only thing is that it would have been nice to have a hanging wire attached. We wound up having to put eye hooks on the top as the holes in the back were not sufficient.
We are very, very pleased with our new sign. From order to delivery was 2 weeks. As mentioned by other reviewers, we were able to specify the exact lat/long numbers by having the LL Bean customer service rep add that info in the "special instructions field". At first the rep thought that couldn't be done but when I mentioned previous reviews indicated they had done so she cheerfully checked further and agreed it could be done.
