I had previously ordered two personalized signs with cities and states in the United States online.They turned out great so I also wanted to add the little town we lived at in Germany while my husband was in the Army. I noticed online that was not an option, however, just in case, I called and talked to the very helpful people at LL Bean phone ordering. They placed my order and even made special notes for the correct longitude and latitude. They made sure there would not be a problem with the order by contacting the people who did the personalizing on the signs. Once assured it could be done, the order was placed and the sign promptly arrived several days later perfectly done. Woohoo LLBean!
This item is beautifully displayed in our family room. It is immediately noticed by all. And the first question asked, "is that really our longitude & latitude here, in our area?" And, my reply is "Absolutely. LL Bean did this personally for us!" And the sign itself is beautifully rustic!
