I love llbean merchandise, great quality for the money. The waterhog mats are great, rugged, durable and I love the size of these cresent runners. I have a large front foyer and so I have both sizes, one at the front door and one at the garage door. While they are excellent quality, the issue I have with them is that I live in a very cold snowy climate where we use a lot of salt for the ice in the winter. The salt and slush come in and it does stay on the mat but the mat gets very dirty and it is hard to clean. I have the dark blue color and it shows everything. It does vacuum well but the salt stains, slush and dirt stains stay. I use carpet cleaner and a steamer to get the stains out but as soon as someone tracks in more salt and dirt the stains are back. Frustrating.
I bought this for my front door that leads straight into my dining room. For the first since in 10 years, my dining room is not a hot mess. I have 4 Siberian Huskies that forget to wipe their paws when they enter a house & this catches EVERYTHING when they come in. Just wish they had more styles of runners in the red color!
I bought the crescent mat without the runner and placed it on the edge of my Leaf Waterhog to extend the protection on my kitchen floor. It looks great. Since the back is rubber the rug does not move away from the other mat. Mix and match options are endless.
I just ordered a second Crescent Doormat Runner for our laundry room entrance because we are all so happy with the previous one that has been in our kitchen for about a year. It still looks brand new despite multiple people and pets in our home and vacuums up beautifully. We particularly love the fact that it protects a large area when walking into the room, unlike most door mats. Very pleased with this product!
