Was looking at different options for our side entrance porch door & decided on the crescent doormat. Ordered in the green to go with our trim on the house. Looks nice & works well for getting off some of the outdoor dirt, snow, etc. before entering the house. If you have a large porch would recommend the runner also. Mat stays in place, vacuums up nicely & if it gets extremely dirty can be hosed down & dried out.
I bought this crescent mat for the doorway on my deck and it's just perfect. It's very good looking and sturdy enough to not blow away in heavy winds. I highly recommend it!
I searched high and low for months to find the perfect doormat for our front foyer area. This is the pefect doormat. It is very pleasing to the eye, is extremely durable and easy to clean. The rubber backing offers great nonskid performance yet is gentle enough for my wooden floors.
I bought this as a runner to protect a tile floor in winter, but I use it on a screened-in porch in the summer.
The backing is highly durable, and I know it will last a long, long time. The mat itself traps sand, dirt, and salt, and you can easily vaccuum it or shake it out. It's more expensive than the ones you'll find in department stores, but there's no better quality--and of course, those department stores won't guarrantee theirs for life like LL Bean does.
