ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, khaki looks more brown
Absolutely fell in love with this large crescent entry way door mat! I have purchased so many over the years and have never found one that looks so elegant and is rugged and durable, too. I ordered the khaki ...and it looks more like a medium brown color...not khaki as you know it...but it blends with our colors in our entry way. I love it soooo much that I will be getting another one for the back sliding glass door and a the medium sized khaki one for our kitchen. Thanks for making such a great product!
Buyers Beware! The khaki color of this doormat is not what you think of the color khaki. I reordered this product 5 times trying to get the color that is shown in the information and each time received a brown color. I just gave up! I'm sure the product is quality, but the color information is misleading. This was a VERY frustrating shopping experience with LLBean.
I bought two of the waterhog crescent doormats (not the runner, for some reason the site keeps directing me to this product for my review). I placed one at the front door and the other at the patio door. After two weeks I can honestly say that they are amazing. I have noticed a decrease in the daily dust bunnies that were always present in spite of frequent sweeping. Great product, looking forward to years of use.
I've had the large crescent outside on my brick/concrete front step for 5+ years now, and it still looks and works as well as ever. I think it's the 'indoor' version, because I don't see the water release channels on the outside rim...but no matter! It has not gotten moldy or frayed or deteriorated at all in all these years out in the weather and underfoot.
