I Purchased two Kahki crescent mats 6 years ago. They look as good today. I put the flat edge facing the door in and out so it looks like one big mat. When you open the door. The indoor one is equally as good as the outdoor one. I am thinking Of getting two more not sure if I want to change the color.
I purchased an L.L.Bean Waterhog mat a few years ago and have loved it ever since. It's very durable and it absorbs snow, water, dirt etc. very well (greatly reducing the chances of tracking that stuff through the house). It also has a grippy bottom so that it doesn't slide around. My parents just had brand new hardwood floors put in and I plan on ordering them a crescent-shaped Waterhog mat for Christmas.
Love the mat outside the back door (which everyone uses as the front door). Keeps the dirt from being tracked into the house onto the medium leaf waterhog mat there. Looks great too!
i purchased this in the half-moon shape for the step up from our laundry room to kitchen and it works perfectly! just enough to keep dried grass, dirt, etc trapped and lessens my work on the floors :) i purchased the blue which looks great and stays in place. i want to purchase another for my front door in red. so happy with this purchase.
