I had looked everywhere for a mat for over 2 months and kept coming back to this mat. After receiving it I knew why...I works great, no more wet tile around the water bowl and it looks great with our decor.
My dog has a unique personality & likes to take the food out of the dish with his paw or his mouth & drop it on the floor before he eats it (? scared of the bowl... ha ha) but before I had this mat I'd come home & his dog dish would be on the other side of the kitchen & a mess would be everywhere... dog food kibbles here & there, now they stay in place right where I put them & if it gets wet, this mat soaks the water up right into it, no more damage to the floor underneath! :) Truely happy I purchased this item!
I love this placemat! The bowls fit right in the circles and when she spills water on it, it absorbs and dries. The rubber backing makes sure it doesn't get to the floor underneath and it does not get wet and moldy. Nice, heavyweight design makes it so the dog can't move it around and the enscribed name is such a personal touch! LOVE IT!!
LOVE IT!!! I have two dogs, one smallish, one medium size, and these mats are perfect for all dogs. The bowl stay clean and dry unlike plastic mats. It holds the two large bowls easily and looks great!
