Because of its depth, this soft-sided lunch box holds a lot more than the small rectangular LLB lunch box, but it might be smaller than some adults and teens would like. For my light lunch & small snack it works fine. Drink and small ice pack fit inside the top, and the bottom is deep enough to hold a couple of containers, fruit, etc. A square sandwich container fits snugly in the bottom in the front to back dimension, and takes slightly more than half of the width side to side and about half of the depth from the bottom to the zipper. Two could be stacked with room beside them, but it's not a huge lunchbox. The short LLB insulated mug just fits lying down in the bottom beside a sandwich container. An 8-inch plate-type container will fit but only at an angle. It's well made, lightweight, insulated, and easy to clean with minimal seams inside. It has a mesh zip pocket on the front and the lid has mesh to hold the drink. The handle on top and the detachable shoulder strap are handy. Would probably come through an occasional cold delicate machine wash OK, air dry, as my smaller one did. Nice designs and plaids with a bit of reflective trim and embroidered LLB logo on the top. These last a long time. ~~For a larger lunch box, look at the smallest size soft-side LLB personal cooler. We use one as a small cooler in the car, but they're not too big to use for a larger lunchbox.
This is the perfect luchbox for my middle schooler. Just the right size to fit into his backpack. I love the designated bottle holder that keeps it from smashing sandwiches and chips. I highly recommend this for any school age children.
I've been searching all over for an ideal lunch box. One that's not too big or too small. Well this is it! I have room to pack exactly what I need to get me through the day: banana, apple, orange, 20oz. container, 8oz. container, yogurt cup, spoon, fork, and ice pack. Perfect!
Very disappointed. Little tiny lunch box looks much bigger in the picture. I had a nice large one from L. L. Bean and I thought this was it. I don't want to waste more money by paying return shipping. Twenty dollars is way too much for this.
