I was a little indecisive on this purchase for my 9 year old as she enters 4th grade. I wasn't sure if it would be big enough to hold everything. To my surprise, the bag is perfect!! It has several compartments for all her "stuff" and has a padded shoulder harness so that heavy items won't hurt her back. Great product for the price!!
Durable and roomy messenger bag. My son has carried the bag for awhile now and I have watched it being pulled across the concrete, down the trail to and from school then dropped as he returns home. Its roomy to hold everything and still doesn't have a scratch. Way to go LLBean. This is a keeper.
This holds everything my old bag did plus extra room. It is well organized with lots of zipper compartments. Great color selection. Would buy again if this one ever fails.
Bought this bag for my 7.5 year old boys and have been thrilled with the quality and the roominess. The LL Bean small lunch box even fits inside along with all of the other necessities. Overall a perfect alternative to the backpack.
