I love this bag !!!! It is the perfect bag for school books or hauling other things as well. It is well consstructed, durable and I am sure as with all LLBean products it will last a very long time.
My son really likes this bag. He originally got the large one, which was too big so we returned it for the next size down which is perfect for him. Plenty of room and the shoulder strap is wide with plenty of padding.
This bag is the perfect size. I have two kids and I'm going to use the bag for trips with them. So I don't have to carry a purse or a diaper bag. The strap is perfect. I like this bag and I want to order another one in a different color.
I love this bag but I had to return it. I love the design and the colour. I would love a zipper in the back and on the flap too. But for the price I can do without. I had trouble with the two bags I ordered. The first one had a defective clasp. So I ordered a replacement. This one came with a very unyielding clasp that I could work only with the bag on my lap. With the bag hanging from my shoulder I had a hard time undoing the clasp and I even bent my thumb nail upwards trying. So I returned the bag. I don't see the point of such a stiff clasp. The content is protected by a zipper and the bag doesn't hang from the flap but from the sides so the clasp can't come undone from the weight. It would help if we could zoom in on the clasps before we buy.
