I do believe this is the first item from LLB that just did not work for me. The bag just did not feel strong and the pockets were not easy to use.Plus with the inside being black it made it hard to see small items inside. I had also tried the large size and it was too big the smaller one just did not work. Have no fear y'all have plenty of other good products I have and will use.
I was impressed with this messenger bag first, because it is well made, and second, because it has a zipper inside and different pockets for all the little things my kid needs. I think I might have to exchange it for the larger size because all my daughter's 1 inch binders (usually 5 of them) just fit with no room for textbooks or gym clothing. Otherwise, I expect it to last through high school.
I found this bag small. I purchased it for a middle school student (who likes the bag) and it is stuffed to its limit. I would recommend a larger bag. I would find this useful to carry papers to a meeting but not for a school student in middle school or above.
