This is an overall good bag at a great price. Two items are an issue with me: The phone holder on the strap is too small for smartphones and the ballistic nylon is more durable than the current fabric. However it is still a great bag!! I may buy a larger one for classes.
I took the bag to NY with me as my purse/book etc. bag and it worked out great. The shoulder strap pad was very comfortable. The bag is a great size (I had the medium one) so you don't carry to much on your shoulder!!! I will be using mynew bag on all my trips!
I got just what I was looking for: a reasonably priced bag that's just large enough to carry my dress shoes when I walk to work, has enough compartments for writing utensils, my phone, and a notepad. It's clean-looking, not fussy, not too big, and seems very solid.
Great bag ! I store my I.D.s, credit cards, cash in the small black Carryall Guide Bag and then store that inside the medium Heatwave Messenger Bag (Mountain Red). This gives me room to put shoes, change of clothes, work papers, water bottle, etc. inside and carry all my personal belongings easy and conveniently. Love the durable and comfortable strap. A must have !
