The radio and light are no doubt worth the price. However, I was going to purchase several as gifts for emergency cell phone charging. The manual suggests cranking 10-15 minutes for one minute call phone time. That's a lot of cranking!
This is wonderful - An excellent flashlight, radio and for emergency weather broadcasts. Excellent - very sturdy, well built, strong and takes no batteries. Crank it up and the flashlight + radio lasts a very long time. Super for when the power goes out, or camping, or as a "extra" flashlight around the house. Highly recommended.
This little solar radio light is an awesome item. When we travel, we can use it as a light in the car or hotel room. To charge it, all you have to do is turn the crank or put it in a bright area. We can turn on the weather radio to check for warnings since you are never sure where to find them when you are on the road. Great item that comes in several colors & is a handy little gadget!
This is a wonderful product! Well made, study - everything I would expect from LL Bean!! I bought 4 of these as stocking stuffers. I am not disappointed!! Great for when the power goes out. The charging crank is very nice.
