ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, a must have
I carry this with me on a daily basis (since you never know when you'll need it!) I had previously tested it a couple of times but actually used it during Hurricane Irene. I can confidently say that this product performed better than expected. I would say this is a must have for any emergency kit.

I love my solar dynamo radio light! I ordered one for several family members as well! I love the am/fm/weather radio/flashlight combo. And the best of it all, it's solar powered or crank powered! Great item to have.

ProsGreat Value
I got the radio to use in case of power outages and did not realize that it is also a flashlight that is both solar and crank.

Portable, Lightweight, Functional

Prossuper portable, worthy product
Excellent value to equip your camping or 72-hour kit--small enough to fit in a camera case, lightweight, decent radio reception. One afternoon of Texas sun has given plenty of long-lasting charge. Would rather have a DC-in connector for playing / charging rather than USB port for cell phone charging. (Can only charge cell phone by hand cranking.) The rubbery texture on the exterior improves grip when hand-cranking, and hand cranking is quiet compared to others I've tested. Light output is decent. Tuner sensitivity and reception are good. Knobs easy to turn with gloved fingers. No case but comes with lanyard. I found a 35-mm camera case that fits perfectly--yes, it's that small. If I could have only one emergency radio, this would be it. No batteries to deal with.
