All functions are great except the cell phone charger. The directions say to hand crank for 15 minutes at a certain speed in order to receive 1 minute of air time. I could not crank the charger at the constant speed for the required 15 minutes. There is also warning about using the cell phone charger, it can damage your cell phone battery.
This little radio is a must if you tent camp or travel on two wheels as I do. The weather band will help you plan your travel or camping day, and you will never need to worry that the radio will fail you due to lack of batteries.
It's size is perfect where travel luggage space is at a premium.
