Living in earth quake prone Southern California and after the recent Chile and Haiti quakes, I'm so glad that I have this easy to store and operate emergency flashlight/radio on hand. Beside that, its pretty!
I bought this as insurance against the electric going out in these Ohio winters. I wanted a flashlight and radio that worked no matter what. I set it in the window during the day to charge and know I can always wind it if needed in the dark. The light is very bright and its compact size will be great for travel.
