Last Christmas I bought this radio for my husband. My adult son immediately took it on a winter camping trip; so this year I bought one for each of my grown children. Everyone is impressed with how quickly and easily it works, and that they can charge their iPhones with it. My daughter mentioned that the colors are beautiful, too! I feel good about all of us having this reliable safety item.
I gave two of these radios as gifts and they are a big hit! They work well and as described in the write up. This is a necessity for anyone who wants that added security during power outages.
Size and quality of construction very good. Radio broadcast channels am & fm reception excellent, weather channels average to below, could be urban location effects this. Sound quality for size quite good. Light bright, crank and solar, function well. It could be bundled with cell connectors at a little higher price point and people would be willing to pay.
