I would give them five stars, but these are the most un cool shoes I've ever owned in my life.
And yet they are so darn comfortable I am considering another pair in black. I wear them to work every day and to heck with my reputation as an un-reconstructed punk. My legs don't hurt, my feet don't hurt. I have gone on vacation where I'm walking everywhere all day and the worst I feel is tired, as opposed to sore, at the end of a day.
They do run narrow, so if your feet are remotely wide, definitely order the wide width, and they will fit quite snugly. If your feet are really wide, you are probably out of luck.
I have several pairs of these mocs. The thing that I love about them is that they are as light and comfortable as a house slipper but as rugged as a shoe. If I have to be on my feet for a long period of time, I'll reach for these mocs every time.
I'm having trouble finding a lady's shoe that is wide enough not to irritate my bunion. I decided for the price to try these shoes and am pleased that I did. I normally wear a ladies' 8 1/2 and ordered a 7 1/2 in these shoes. The toe box has plenty of room and I wear thick socks to hold the heel tight. They beat any sneaker that I've tried. Not too fashionable, but work well with jeans in the winter.
