I wear these at work, at home, inside, outside, rain and snow - if I don't have my slippers on, I have a pair of Comfort Mocs on. They can even be "dressed-up" with the right pair of slacks and a sports coat (of course, not with a suit, IMO). When they wear out (which takes a good while), I just come back for another pair. Don't ever stop making them!
My husband and I purchased casual shoes from LL Bean recently. Both of us needed to change the size after receiving them, and since LL Bean allows returns at their stores, it was very easy to do so. I had purchased one pair of these shoes last spring and worn them all summer so we purchased these additional ones recently because we new that they would wear well and be comfortable. My husband is difficult to fit, so the large wide sizes were very much appreciated.
I recently bought my husband a pair of these in black, and he loved them so much he hasn't taken them off in two weeks except to go to bed. I casually suggested to him that maybe I should buy him a second pair sometime, and he enthusiastically agreed.... so I ordered him a pair in brown tonight, along with a second pair for myself. Won't he be surprised! ;-)
