I found that the shoes arrived in perfect shape, were of the correct size, had impeccable workmanship and are very comfortable. All in all, a very convenient and trouble free purchase.
while normally impressed with LLBean merchandise, these shoes do not compare with a pair I had from a competitor. They do not seem sturdy as the competitors. Both shoes were of equal price, so we are not talking a price difference that would effect quality.
