I ordered these shorts in a size 8. I am usually a 6 or an 8. The shorts are too tight for my liking. I have pants from L.L. Bean which fit fine. I hope, based on many of the other comments, that L.L. Bean looks at the sizing of these shorts. I am disappointed because I like these shorts!
I was worried after reading reviews of other readers, especially concerning sizing. I did order 1 size larger than usual which is perfect. I really love these shorts, the fabric is sturdy but not bulky, they fit wonderfully and only need a touchup with the iron, if that.
