I ordered 2 pairs, black and khaki in size 10. Love, love the khaki and fits perfectly. Am returning the black because the fit is not the same...a little too snug. If both pairs fit the same I would have given the product 5 stars. Great value if it fits.
I cannot and will not wear shorts or pants with the lower waistband, so it looks like I just have to keep wearing my old LL Bean shorts until they fall apart or the company listens to their customers and brings back shorts that fit ABOVE the waist. I tried the curvy fit shorts (which don't fit above the waist, but they fit higher than the straight fit shorts), but they're kind of baggy in the hips, so I'll be returning them. So no new shorts for me this summer.
I have a problem finding shorts that are comfortable and also look good because I'm kind of straight in the middle with slender hips, butt and legs. Often, if shorts fit in the waist they are too baggy in the legs and hips. I ordered these shorts in khaki in size 12 and I like the look, fit and quality enough to buy another pair in black. I do wish this exact style came in a 5" inseam.
