ProsDurable, Great Value, Comfortable, Performing as Expected
I purchased this for my younger son who will be doing research in the Tetons this summer. Since receiving it (b-day present) he has been wearing it pretty much non-stop as we are in a rainy period. He likes it very much and the fit was good. He is 6' tall so I ordered him a large. The sleeves are long enough and it fits him just fine. Based on how much he's worn it so far, he will get a lot of use out of it!
Thank you El Nino lots of use of jacket that is lightweight, fits great and is well made, not bulky great for outdoor activities in the rain. Love the color, fit and keeps you dry, only question is the promised roll away hood does not roll away but it keeps raining so no need. Detail of quality with velcro and zippers top notch
In less then one year of usage, my jacket is begininning to wear out on the inside, with two of the enteral layers (of whatever material it is ) separating and peeling apart.
I love the jacket due to is lightwight, water proof, breathability, built in hood and numerous strong pockets, but it is looking a little to shabby too quickly espeically around the collar and hood. And I really don't wear it that much living in warm southern climbs - but do wear it when there is a hint of rain.
I would buy again - but only after I was assured they had resolved these issue.
