Packs very small & light. Good layer for hiking and camping. This is a very light, velvety, somewhat stretchy fleece -- don't expect berber-style heaviness.
I recently bought this in orange (needed something TN orange for the basketball game). I really like this fleece - lightweight and cozy. I have worn and worn my blue one in the pull-over style (bought it about 4-5 years ago). I'm looking forward to wearing my new orange one for many years to come. I also like the pocket on the sleeve to keep money, credit cards, etc.
