For a short that sits slightly below the waist, I found I had to roll the shorts waist down to have them only come up to my waist. They need to come in a petite. Other than that they are a great quality and wear well. If they fit right they are a great deal for the price
I would recommend this short only IF YOU NEED alot of room. they are not fitted and run baggy and longer than the other shorts sold in past 2-3 yrs. I have a few pairs from one to 3 yrs ago and these are NOT the same. you may see sizing like I DID but go for the other ones that are more fitted. ( and look better even if you are heavy set) nice material but fit is important.
Well made, soft and ez fit around my 36" waist. My 36" waist and 42" hips look trim and tailored. I love these because they offer comfort without sacrificing a neat and tailored look.
