I have two of these three-quarter sleeve crew sweaters. They are great, even in the extreme Texas heat, for Summer. Over a nice pair of pants or a cute summer skirt, with or without a belt. They dress up or down, and go through the washer (0n delicate) and into the dryer (on medium to low). They haven't shrunk, and they wear like a dream. More colors, please!!!
The three-quarter sleeve options on the crew and some of the cardigans are great! I am frequently chilly in the air-conditioning in the summer, so these offer good coverage. The sleeve length keeps my hands free from pushing longer sleeves up all the time. They are also welcome in the cooler months outdoors.
I first ordered this sweater in the Deep Fuschia color, thinking it was more of a magenta color. The color in the catalog and online is true, and since the color was more of a bright pink than I wanted, I exchanged it for the Bright Navy. I ordered the size Medium and am happy with the way it fits (I usually wear size 10/12). Because the weather has now turned hot, I haven't yet worn it or washed it, but I do look forward to wearing it to dress up or down.
I love these sweaters! I bought them in 5 colors and might even purchase a few more. They are very true to size and color. They are flattering (show off the skinniest part of the body (the wrist)). I made a mistake and fully dried one of them so it shrunk a little, but that's my own fault. These sweaters are perfect for cool summer nights and/or fall, winter, and spring weather. I'm a teacher and often layer clothes because the temperature in the school is usually cool in the morning and warm by afternoon. These sweaters are perfect for layering. Love them!
