The sleeves are of a length that they are rather uncomfortable under a blazer. They tend to ride up a bit to end up at the elbows; I always kept trying to pull them down. Comfortable but form-fitting; became a bit "pilly" after a few wearings.
This sweater is great except for one thing. It's much too long! In fact, it's about three inches too long. The fabric and construction are fine, but I'm going to return it. I should have listened to some of the other reviewers.
