I do love this sweater. Great fit, great feel... BUT-BUT-BUT, LLBean needs to offer it in long sleeve and more colors!! i want to buy more but i can't with what they currently offer. How about a V-neck??? You can't take away the Essential Sweater (which was the best sweater EVER) and replace it with something less...
This is one of the best sweaters for summer I have ever owned. I ordered one in blue and wore it all summer, even when the temperature reached 90 degrees here in Virginia. The 3/4 length sleeves give it a classy look and the over all length is perfect, even though I usually wear petite sizes. I've ordered one in pomegranate for fall and winter to wear over a light layer. I work in an office and I think it will be a great sweater for the cooler months as well. This is a great sweater. Light enough for layering and the fit is great - not too tight, not too big. Can go to the office with slacks or casually on weekend.
I like the way this fits. . . not baggy, but not tight. The green color is very nice. I've worn it just a few times, and it seems to hold its shape. If it washes well, I might buy it in another color as well.
