ProsDurable, Great Value, Performing as Expected, great small clock
This is the cutest little clock, so cute that is sitting in my living room by my chair. I love looking at it. I may order one more for my guest bathroom.
What a dear little clock, just like the Big Ben I grew up with oh so many years ago. Easy to figure out, as long as you follow the instructions to get the battery aligned properly. This morning was the first I needed the alarm and it gently awakened me right on time, with only 3 punches of the snoozer. Not bad for a retired senior who only occasionally needs to get up before daylight. Thanks you again LL BEAN for yet another great product.
This seemed like a great little alarm clock at first. The case is metal and heavy with a solid feel. The clock works inside are another story. I am on my fourth clock now. The first ran for a couple of months and then simply stopped. I thought it was the battery, but no luck after replacing it. LLBean quicky sent me a replacement, but to my surprise the time adjustment dial on the back was completely missing from the new clock - seemingly never installed. LLBean rushed me a second replacment and it had the same problem - the adjustment dial was completely missing! LLBean just agreed to hand pick my next replacement. LLBean customer service has been great, but I have to question the quality in this item.
