I have this belt in black. Can't get it tight or snug. It requires either three hands or two hands and a pair of vice grips to hold it to get it tight. Then it works loose as you move around and flex the waist area. Not a good design. Someone obviously didn't try this out before offering to customers.
I purchased one of these belts along with a pair of zip off pants, and they are a perfect match. The belt is lightweight, never slips and can take some punishment especially when I go hiking. If there is a length issue with the belt being to long, just heat up a wide putty knife, and slice off the extra length you do not want. Recommended buy, especially at the sale price.
I ordered this, before the hurricane and it arrived today. The belt is wide yes and the end is cut straight and burnt on the end so you could adjust it to your own personal taste. The buckle is aluminum. The best part is it is made in the US. Now if we can get the components made in the US.
