The belt width was too wide to go through the loops on the men's L.L. Bean Shorts. There is allot of wear left in the shorts, but the elastic has worn out. I had to mail the belt back.
The belt itself is nice but the buckle is metal. This is not usually a problem but when I travel I like to use a belt that has a plastic buckle so I can go through airport security without having to take the belt off. I think that LL Bean should mention in the product description that the buckle is metal.
These belts look great on and, I assume from the quality, will wear for years to come. They go well with jeans and khakis and as advertised, do not slip. I've purchased two.
