Seems perfect for fall, spring and above zero winter days. Very light and not bulky like most down/quilted coats. Large size fits my skinny frame with a sweater. Might be nice if hood detached, but it is thin and stores ok as a collar. Reversable zipper might be nice too, but not a big issue. Just bought at store so these are just first impressions.

I purchased this jacket for my son as a Christmas gift and he absolutely LOVES it. It is deceptively light weight for a jacket that is as warm as this. When he first opened the gift and tried it on, he didn't believe it could be warm enough, given how light-weight it is. However, after wearing it out in the cold for a while, he was pleased and amazed. This is a great purchase for the price.
I needed a warm and comfy jacket with a hood for the chill of the winter. This is a pretty good catch, I havent used a jacket till date that was as light weight and warm at the same time as this one..Comes with a hood, so good for rains too :-)

After reading all of the reviews, I decided to order this item. I am very pleased with it. Good fit and warm. Only improvement needed, so far, is a removable hood rather than the fixed on, but I knew this. For the likes of me, I can't figure out how the jacket folds into the build in (?) pocket! Instructions would be helpful.
